ATTENTION for Switzerland Customers: the EU power plug for the power supply attached in the product has too fat contacts that do not fit into Swiss sockets. I therefore used a cable that is used for powering the laptop, so it works. Along with the kettle, the seller added a storage bag and a cleaning brush: very good. I would give 5 stars, but I'm deducting one to make Swiss customers aware that there is an issue with the power supply. It still seems like a good product to me (I purchased the kettle with the flat lid).

I had already bought one that I put to work. So good that this one will go in my van when I move. I've been using the first one for over a month at work, 4 times a day, never disappointed. I set it to 55°C and it takes a little over 5 minutes to heat up. However, I've only used it for water.
